Structural Engineering Intern Hybrid - Winter and Summer 2026

DNB Engineering welcomes interest from students or recent graduates seeking internship opportunities. Our internship program offers hands-on experience in structural engineering while working alongside licensed engineers on real-world projects. As an intern, you would assist in preparing structural drawings, performing basic design calculations, reviewing project documents, and coordinating with project team members. You would gain exposure to multiple materials, building types, and project phases—from initial concept through construction support. Desired Qualifications Current enrollment in a Civil or Structural Engineering program (junior level or above or have taken Structural Design) Strong interest in building structures and structural design principles Familiarity with AutoCAD or Revit is welcome Willingness to learn structural analysis software Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Good communication and teamwork skills If you are eager to apply your classroom knowledge to real projects and learn from experienced professionals, we invite you to submit your résumé for consideration. Part/Full Time Structural Engineer Hybrid/Remote

Projects may range from residential and commercial buildings to specialty structures, both new and existing. Part Time/Full Time Drafter Hybrid/Remote

DNB Engineering welcomes applications from talented structural drafters who would like to work closely with our engineers to develop high-quality structural drawings for residential, commercial, and specialty projects. Typical tasks may include preparing detailed plans, sections, and elevations; incorporating markups and revisions; coordinating with architects and other consultants; and ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards. Desired Qualifications Proficiency in AutoCAD for structural drafting Proficiency in REVIT for structural drafting Understanding of structural systems and detailing (steel, concrete, masonry, wood, light gauge) Ability to read and interpret engineering sketches and markups Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Effective communication skills and collaborative mindset If you are a skilled drafter who values accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork, we encourage you to submit your résumé and portfolio for consideration.
